Nearly 70 educators, representing grades K–12, gathered in Altamonte Springs, Florida on November 3rd to celebrate the accomplishments of teachers engaged in implementing LDC across Florida.
Hosted by the National Literacy Project (NLP) the LDC Symposium/Celebration provided an overview of LDC for newcomers and an opportunity to dive deeply into specific features of modules, such as close reading, for experienced LDC practitioners.
