Even though it’s early in the school year, we’ve been hearing from LDC Community of Practice members about modules that are getting fantastic results in classrooms across the country. Many are modules that were recently authored, while others were revised since having been reviewed this past spring or summer.
As you may know, LDC has established a peer-review jurying process whereby teachers and coaches review each others’ modules using a rubric established by the Stanford Center for Assessment, Learning and Equity (SCALE). Trained jurors review teacher-submitted modules for alignment to the rubric’s criteria. We urge you to take advantage of this opportunity to submit your modules for national review by the October 30th deadline.
